Make sure you've installed the latest version of the program. To do that you need to visit www.video-snapshot.com to check the latest version number at first, then go back to your program and click on "About" menu to check your version number.if that is totally same, you don't have to download the program once again.

Once you have purchased the license, you should activate your copy.

How to Activate Program?

Step 1. After you successfully purchase our program, you will receive an e-mail containing license key in 5 minutes. Please copy the license key by selecting it with the mouse, right-clicking it and choosing the copy option.

Step 2. Startup your Video Snapshot Wizard and a register window will appear, direct the mouse cursor to the line where the license key must be placed, and paste it via right-click menu that you used to copy the key. After that click the OK button to finish the activation process.

Step 3. Restart the program and the register window above mentioned have not appear again if you register successfully.

Is there a license for the whole office?

No, there's no such license. One license is purchased for one computer. If you want 10 persons to use the program, you should purchase 10 license for each computer.
